- Flush toilets
- Run water in sinks, tubs & showers. Check sinks, laundry & water heater for leaks.
- Check refrigerators & freezers for proper operation
- Short cycle dishwater. Run garbage disposal to lubricate & maintain appliance.
- Verify A/C is working properly. Reset thermostat / humidistat if needed.
- Check for signs of pest/insect infestation
- Check circuit breaker panels
- Ensure security system is working
Exterior Services Offered:
- Check for obvious damage to roof from ground level
- Check for signs of vandalism or forced entry
- Check for water or storm damage
- Remove newspapers & junk mail
- Visual check of pool screening & cage
- Ensure pool service is maintained
- Ensure landscape service is maintained
- Check for signs of pest/insect infestation
- Main water valve turned off (if requested)
- General overall observation of the property

Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST. We are not a 24/7 company, however, given the nature of our business we do our best to assist clients after hours and on weekends for emergencies.
